Terms of service

Lustly is a Google Chrome extension and accompanying website ("Service") that lets you capture, annotate, frame, and export screenshots of web pages. The extension processes screenshots locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to use any cloud-backed Pro feature.

You may use the free version without creating an account. Pro features require an active subscription and a registered account.

Accounts are optional for free use and required for Pro subscriptions. We use Firebase Authentication to manage accounts. You can sign in with Google OAuth or with a magic link sent to your email address.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate contact information, especially for billing and support.

You may not use Lustly to capture, distribute, store, or process illegal content, violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights, harass others, or circumvent any technical protections. You are solely responsible for the screenshots you create and how you share them.

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy practices. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period. You can cancel or manage your subscription from your Account page or the Stripe Customer Portal. We generally do not provide refunds for subscription periods that have already started, but we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Lustly and its branding, code, and design are owned by hsr. You retain ownership of the screenshots you create. We do not claim any rights to your images.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep Lustly reliable, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every website or browser configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hsr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Lustly after changes means you accept the revised terms.
