Privacy policy

Extension usage: Lustly captures and processes screenshots locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your screenshots unless you explicitly use a cloud-backed Pro feature and choose to save an image to it.

Account information: If you create an account or subscribe to Pro, we collect your email address, a unique user ID, and your subscription status through Firebase Authentication. You may sign in with Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email.

Billing information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe handles that securely and shares with us only the information needed to manage your subscription, such as your customer ID and subscription status.

Website analytics: The marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. This may include your IP address (anonymized where possible), browser type, pages visited, and referral source. The extension itself does not use Google Analytics.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve Lustly, authenticate users, process payments, respond to support requests, and analyze website traffic. We do not sell your personal information or screenshots to third parties.

Account and subscription data are stored using Firebase and Stripe, both of which maintain industry-standard security practices. Screenshots remain on your local device unless you explicitly upload them to a cloud-backed Pro feature.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate Lustly:

• Firebase - authentication and user account data.
• Stripe - payment processing and subscription management.
• Google Analytics - website traffic analysis.
• Chrome Web Store - extension distribution and updates.

The marketing website may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and basic functionality. The Chrome extension itself does not use cookies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To request changes or deletion of your account data, email us at hello@lustly.pics.

Lustly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this privacy policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be communicated by email or through the extension.
